Bollhoff: Corporate values audit to verify whether the values expressed in official group documents match employee practices on the French site. The audit highlighted differences in values based on position and function of employees. HR could then target such category of people to implement specific actions.

CATM is a SME in the industrial subcontracting sector that helps people entering the labor market. CATM has a very special management based on the concept of « risks and revenues sharing ». Nicomak has worked on this company’s management values in order to compare the official values to the values that are experienced by the employees. After the audit, Nicomak gave concrete recommendations to the manager, especially advice about communication, so that his management can be even more efficient.

Carsat: Training courses on diversity and psychosocial risks for all managers at CARSAT (formerly CRAM) Centre Ouest. Nicomak proposed blended training with Ethimak upstream of training. The interactive Nicomak method encouraged managers to express their personal problems in small groups and share good practices.

CBS: Drafted ethical dilemmas for the American television network CBS which had previously been unable to find a firm able to draft such dilemmas. Nicomak proposed tailor-made simulations, which highlighted the complexity of decision making in such cases. Nicomak has worked for the CCI Marseille-Provence as part of the European project « Responsible Med » with 9 partners from 6 Euro-mediterranean countries. Nicomak had two main tasks to complete (in English, working language for the group):
- Drafted a 200 page-long interregional report on CSR in Small and Medium Sized Entreprises based on a statistical study of over 180 questionnaires;
- Worked towards the creation of tools to support CSR projects and the assessment of environmental, social and economic impacts by the SME based in the region.

EBS: Courses on corporate ethics and social responsibility for the Master 1 and 2, in Export, Management and Marketing. These courses pitted students against simulations to help them realize how complex decision-making is and the frequent differences in perceptions of the same problem.

EN3S: “Self-awareness and leadership” initial and advanced training courses: blended format and use of Ethimak for e-learning. MBTI tests, training in recognizing stakeholders, sustainable management, ethics theories, diversity and psychosocial risks were treated. The courses allowed students to deal with the concept of bias in understanding problems and how different profiles can be complementary.

ENTPE: Ecole Nationale des Transports Publics de l'Etat offers to young managers from the Sustainable Development Ministry several months of training following their hiring. In this framework, Nicomak is responsible for management training in a blended format (face-to-face plus an e-learning platform). Six Nicomak consultants are involved in this project and offer standard models on topics such as the impact of different personality profiles on management, identifying stakeholders, developing influential strategies in cross-functional management, change assistance, etc.

ESC Chambéry: ESC Chambéry has a personal development department that is very important in its course curriculum. Nicomak proposes training on the topic of ethics in a blended format using Ethimak upstream of the training with a trainer.

ESCEM: Seminar in the “Sustainable Development Management” Master’s program, using Ethimak interactively during the course. Raising awareness of sustainable management, interculturality, ethics theories, and entrepreneurship in the CSR field. The course helps prevent risks of cultural relativism, while explaining how to apply sustainable development in companies.

GEM is one of the top ranked French business schools. It has developed particular sensitivity on the topic of CSR and ethics. Nicomak proposed blended training using Ethimak. The professors also answered Ethimak, providing interesting data on the school’s culture and the way in which it is transmitted.

Wharton: Remote assistance with the pilot project of the “Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics” course, with Ethimak solely in e-learning mode. MBA students examined topics such as diversity, sexual harassment, gifts in companies, corruption, responsibility, etc. Training identified areas of CSR which had never been examined during the two-year course.
